At myPhysio we strongly believe in a hands-on approach. Inflammation can leave muscle, tendon or ligament tissue stuck down by scar tissue. We believe in releasing these adhesions through manual techniques and then stretching or strengthening accordingly.
Joints can also become stiff and we know that efficient conditioning cannot take place unless they have been freed up. We use various mobilisation techniques to achieve optimal movement of these joints. The joints which we work are:
- Cervical (neck) facet
- Wrist and Hands
- Lumbar (lower back) facet
- Sacroiliac Joints
- Foot and Ankle
